Abstract

In today’s fast-paced ecosphere, layoffs are more frequent, and startups are emerging, which permits workforces to move more constantly. Across all spheres, Human Capital is acknowledged as the cardinal and preponderant asset, and the Human Capital Management of any organization is a crucial factor since it keeps the organization in line. So here emanates the need for Human Capital Management, where workforces are esteemed as capital by admitting their far-reaching importance in the organization. By means of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cloud-based tools, Human Capital Management (HCM) can abridge the time-to-hire, boost talent pipeline superiority, ameliorate employee experience, and elevate routes. This research paper aspires to address the conceptual backdrop of the amalgamation of Artificial Intelligence in overhauling Human Capital Management and also to puzzle out the benefits of employees by appending Artificial Intelligence in the working atmosphere.
