Abstract

The purpose of this article is to establish and authenticate the scale measurement of SCOR’s (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model’s performance parameters and the constructs extracted from SLR to implement the SCOR performance parameters as a practise in the Indian e-commerce industries used for the quantification of performance. A structured questionnaire was used to empirically authenticate and validate SCOR modules developed by a literature extraction process that includes five constructs and corresponding performance dimensions. The study included the contributions of 253 respondents working in different e-commerce industries in India. Structural equation modeling, factor analysis, regression weight, and moderation impact were used to examine the prominence of the questionnaires. The findings of the research outcome reveal a connection between the SCOR’s embedded performance parameters and the supply-chain performance indicators. The moderating force influence on the size of employees revealed significant variations in SCOR’s performance parameters and supply chain performance indicators. Industrial experts can use the research’s findings as a pathfinder and performance assessment tool in the retail sector; the conceptual approach for supply chain performance is developed by following the SCOR methodologies.
