Abstract

Digitalization has crossed the boundaries and no nation is left over. India is one of them. The whole nation is in impact of technology in all the ways. The pattern of payments, education, work etc. has changed a lot. With the technology, people feel in an upgraded standard, but on the other hand some problems are also there. The present study is on understanding the risks and problems associated with digital wallets especially in India. Particularly during the COVID era, people have faced multiple issues. So it was learnt that physical touch must be avoided in all ways whether it is of living in different states of India. All age groups have been considered for the study and 400 respondents have been selected. Primary data has been collected and analyzed on SPSS.
