Abstract

In this paper, a solution of the FNE is approximated via the residual power series method, RPSM. To test the effectiveness of the RPSM, its approximation is compared with those obtained from the finite difference method, FDM, the Galerkin finite element method, GFEM, and the exact solution of the equation. These results illustrate the RPSM’s effectiveness in approximating FNE solutions.
