Abstract

The music” Dancing Tainan String Quartet “ is a part of the large-scale cross-domain exhibition and design, “the Imagery of Nanying”, created by the author and commissioned by Tainan Art Festival in 2015. It describes that the ancient city of Taiwan remained long-standing after severe tests of time combing with western and popular culture, and how they have mutual influence. Therefore, it is worth discussing how the music and images interact with each other. We also look forward to further understanding the effects of these elements in different fields on human emotion through this study, so that design and cultural or creative industry can be further developed.
