Abstract

The future of leadership is deeply connected to the complexity of the modern world, which calls for a deep merging of management science concepts. This abstract talks about how to use models from management sciences and theories of leadership to make sense of the changing world of organizational dynamics. We look at how management sciences can change the way leaders do their jobs through a literature study, case studies, polls, and interviews. Comparing different ways of being a leader shows themes, similarities, and differences, giving us information about the best ways to do things and where we can improve. Putting together key parts and values also shows how important it is to have a goal, communicate, handle change, make decisions based on facts, be diverse, include everyone, and be a responsible caretaker. Our results show how important it is to welcome complexity, encourage new ideas, and support inclusion in order to deal with uncertainty and promote long-term growth. When we think about what the future of leadership will be like, incorporating management studies into leadership development stands out as a key idea. We can give leaders the tools they need to deal with problems, motivate teams, and make a good difference in a world that is always changing by fostering a culture of learning, teamwork, and responsible leadership.
