Abstract

The hesitant fuzzy VIKOR method, although not widely recognized, has proven to be a valuable resource in decision-making processes. It has the ability to handle uncertainty with unmatched precision and accuracy. The entropy measure proposed entitles was found to be very effective in dealing with hesitant fuzzy sets. Its application has shown significant improvement in solving complex problems.
