<p>In this study, two component mixture unit-Weibull (TCMUW) model is proposed for fitting data on (0, 1) interval by mixing two unit-Weibull models. The density function plots give the impression that the new model can exhibit negative or right skewness, unimodal or bimodal shapes. The hazard function displayed various desirable shapes. The relevance of the TCMUW model are exemplified utilizing datasets. The outcome of the findings intimates that the TCMUW model proffer reasonable fit with minimal loss of information than the other models compared with.</p>
