      <abstract>
        <p>This research paper intends to assess the behavior of banking officials toward GHRM as it paves the way for sustainable management practices and also how this practice influences employee behavior in an organization. Using the discovered constructs from the body of existing research, a structured questionnaire for this paper was designed. The purpose of this research paper is to first evaluate how GHRM affects organizational citizenship behavior towards the organization (OCBO) and pro-environmental behavior. This research paper draws on the ability motivation opportunity paradigm. Second, the counterproductive behaviors in the banking sector. For construct validation and hypothesis testing the study used PLS-SEM. The importance of integrating sustainable elements into HRM departments and the contribution of GHRM practice to sustainability are highlighted in this study. This study focuses on the green aspect of HRM and further to the body of knowledge on environmental behaviors. It is also crucial to take into account the implementation of appropriate HRM practices and related socioeconomic and psychological supports. in the banking industry, which might lead to higher standards of work behaviors.</p>
