      <abstract>
        <p>The issue of congestion and traffic remains unresolved in many countries, with significant time spent on trip planning. Thus, the proposed smart mobility system aims to improve travel planning and decision-making for city travelers. This research assists anyone wanting to explore a city within a specific timeframe by offering the most efficient travel options. It focuses on minimizing travel time and costs. The study began by examining clustering techniques and optimization algorithms, leading to the implementation of a hybrid algorithm. The hybrid system integrates the “Ant Colony Optimization” algorithm with the “K-means clustering” technique to determine the shortest paths, thereby coordinating transportation means and supporting climate change efforts, ultimately contributing to sustainability and integrated mobility in Egypt’s smart cities.</p>
