      <abstract>
        <p>A new class of zipper rational quintic fractal interpolation function (ZRQFIF) characterized by two shape parameters has been introduced. Further, we discuss the convergence of this function and to ensure the shape preservation, the constraints imposed on scaling factor as well as on shape parameter are studied. Examples have been provided to support the theoretical part. The proposed function represents a significant development in the shape preservation field by offering a powerful tool for visualizing the data.  </p>
