      <abstract>
        <p>A variety of quasi-Newton approaches all have their roots in the quasi-Newton equation. We thus obtain the updated BFGS quasi-Newton updating formulas using the provided alternative equation. In our study, a brand-new y-technique is used to alter the quasi-Newton techniques’ secant equation. Show that this algorithm’s global convergence is related to the line search rule. The numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy for the tested issues.</p>
