      <abstract>
        <p>In this paper by using a special kind of dynamics on a metric space, the notion of topological entropy is developed. The independence of ”dynamically defined topological entropy” of the choice of base and semi-dynamics of the space, up to a topological conjugacy is proved. A relation between dynamically defined topological entropy of a map with its iterations is deduced.</p>
