      <abstract>
        <p>This study uses advanced artificial intelligence (AI) methods and discrete mathematical models to show a new way to create information security measures. Using vector measure spaces, orthogonal sets, and vectorial convergence ideas, we build strong mathematical bases that make protocols safer and more reliable.  Our security procedures change to keep up with emerging threats owing to AI approaches like K-NN and Deep Q-Networks. A protocol lawet powered by AI detects and stops cyber threats immediately. The new approaches are more precise and lasting, according to experiments. Discrete mathematics and AI can handle current information system security concerns in a systematic and scalable method.</p>
