      <abstract>
        <p>Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been an integral part of China’s healthcare system for centuries and is increasingly recognized worldwide. This study presents a scientometric analysis of 12,059 publications (2014–2023) indexed in Dimensions.ai, focusing on TCM’s role in treating asthma, allergies, and infertility. Using Biblioshiny, VOSviewer, and citation metrics, the analysis identifies key research trends, prolific authors, leading journals, and international collaborations. Results highlight China’s dominance in output, growing global interest, and notable gaps in molecular mechanism studies. The findings provide valuable insights for researchers and policymakers, highlighting the need for standardization and enhanced international collaboration.</p>
